Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, determining root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to company policies or procedures.
- Provide product or service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
