Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in ongoing product training to enhance knowledge
- Support weekend shifts as needed (Sat/Sun 9AM-5PM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Available to start immediately and commit to 20-30 hrs/week
