- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM tools while maintaining SLA compliance

- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
- Uphold brand voice and service excellence in all client communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina work authorization required
