In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure all compliance and safety regulations are met across all transportation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
