Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and process outgoing packages efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer terminals.
