Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate 15+ night shift team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels and cycle counts
- Resolve operational challenges during peak overnight hours with minimal disruption
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate shift reports highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
