Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using advanced ERP systems.
- Oversee the receiving, processing, and storage of incoming goods to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Coordinate with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
