Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift employees, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage daily workflow distribution, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct shift briefings, performance evaluations, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee equipment maintenance schedules
- Enforce quality control standards and address compliance issues
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to manage overnight operations and remote teams
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in inventory management systems and scheduling software
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure during off-peak hours
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
