Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 production technicians
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment optimization
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license required
