Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ production team members across 3 shifts
- Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve 95%+ efficiency targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with quality control on product specifications
- Utilize ERP systems for production scheduling and inventory
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Train and develop team members on new equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations Management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in ISO 9001 environments
