Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift security personnel across multiple client sites
- Implement emergency protocols and incident response procedures
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Manage inventory control and equipment maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Generate detailed shift reports and operational analytics
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years security management experience
- Valid OH Security Guard License (or obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficient in security software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Class D CDL preferred (not required)
