Responsibilities
- Monitor casino operations via 360-degree camera systems to detect suspicious activities
- Investigate potential cheating, theft, and security breaches with precision
- Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement during incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and surveillance logs
- Conduct routine equipment checks and system calibration
- Train new surveillance officers on protocols and technology
- Ensure compliance with gaming commission regulations
Qualifications
- Nevada Gaming License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 2+ years security/surveillance experience in gaming/hospitality
- Expertise with CCTV systems and surveillance technology
- Exceptional observational and analytical skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; criminal justice degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
