Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential maintenance experience
- EPA Type II HVAC certification required
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
