Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site operations and safety compliance for residential/commercial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to maintain project timelines
- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues with engineering teams
- Train and supervise crew members on best practices and equipment operation
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation for clients
- Enforce OSHA standards and implement emergency protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and valid Texas driver's license
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction specifications
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
