Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and national safety codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and parts inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical findings clearly to clients.
- Travel to various job sites throughout the Houston metropolitan area.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master HVAC License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential HVAC repair.
- Current, valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerants (EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
