Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report software bugs.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
