Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Architect robust backend solutions using Node.js and microservices architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end libraries.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and server-side logic (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
