Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision
