Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and encryption
- Deploy and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Lead system migration projects and disaster recovery initiatives
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technology workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Advanced proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
