Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and O365 environments
- Resolve network security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
