Responsibilities
- Provide rapid technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 and macOS environments using SCCM and Jamf
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN configurations
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset management records
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex system outages and escalations
- Train staff on new technology implementations and best practices
- Support cloud infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) fundamentals
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
