Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and security across the full stack.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
