Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and end-user devices.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
- Lead technical projects including cloud migration and hardware upgrades.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal stakeholders with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Document all processes and maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware/software assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical staff.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proven track record of minimizing downtime.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
