Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite for workflow optimization
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed project documentation including SOWs and change requests
- Drive continuous improvement processes and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on-time/budget
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with cloud migration and DevOps initiatives preferred
