Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory services.
- Perform regular system maintenance and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure infrastructure stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
