- Manage a 5-member technical team with performance coaching and mentorship
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery planning

- Develop and maintain IT budgets with cost optimization strategies
- Drive cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in management
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) or equivalent
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Proven track record in cybersecurity frameworks
