Apex Digital Solutions is currently Hiring Now for Night Shift IT Support Specialists in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are offering a competitive salary and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for candidates who join our growing team immediately.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our 24/7 operational uptime. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage tickets, and support our internal workforce during off-hours. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware systems during the night shift.
- Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document ongoing issues and hand over critical tickets.
- Ensure 100% uptime and availability of all company resources.
- Conduct hardware inventory checks and assist in asset management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Network Administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and common office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience is a plus.
