Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware (laptops, printers) and software applications.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct basic network connectivity troubleshooting and user account management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
