Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT infrastructure including cloud systems (AWS/Azure), network security, and hardware lifecycle management
- Lead a team of 5-7 IT specialists, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Develop and implement disaster recovery protocols ensuring 99.9% system uptime
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
- Create annual IT budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive IT management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent
- Proven experience managing IT budgets exceeding $500K
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and threat mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
