Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Process orders, returns, and payment adjustments with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer journeys
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: 95% satisfaction, 15 min avg. resolution
- Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce database

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
