Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails to resolve product inquiries and provide support.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock organization and replenishment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this role.
