Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
