Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware knowledge.
