Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software systems via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues including network connectivity and system configurations
- Document technical solutions and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct user training sessions on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
