Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional IT projects from conception to deployment
- Manage Agile/Scrum methodologies with 15+ member teams
- Oversee $2M+ technology infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate with Virginia-based stakeholders for seamless execution
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for critical deadlines

Qualifications
- 5+ years IT project management experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Proven success with enterprise-scale deployments
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams
- Strong background in cloud migration projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
