Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer training for eager learners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
