Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines strictly to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to address workflow challenges.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
