Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Deliver high-quality support to employees and clients via phone, email, and remote access during weekend operations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and prioritize IT helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- System Maintenance: Assist in routine server maintenance, patch management, and system updates.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or set schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile device troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
