Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume periods.
