Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management during weekend peak hours.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Adhere to all company policies, including quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the Apex Global Solutions brand.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
