Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend hours.
- Process orders, returns, and data entry requests with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
