Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
