Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Urgent Response: Prioritize and address urgent client needs with speed and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline customer service processes and contribute to team efficiency.
- Follow-Up: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs have been met and to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web-based applications.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings if required.
