Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform system backups and maintenance tasks during weekend shifts.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex tickets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
