Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
- Ensure accurate data entry into inventory management systems.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if required) or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
