Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate stock counts
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Process documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Train new warehouse associates on operational procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification required (OSHA certified preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
