Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage the loading and unloading of trucks while ensuring cargo security.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
