Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable).
