Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move, locate, and stock merchandise efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect damaged goods and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
