Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory while maintaining strict organization standards.
- Picking and Packing: Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging to minimize returns.
- Shipment Preparation: Prepare pallets for outbound shipping, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for everyone.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts as business demands require.
